Description
Encore Technologies is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with hands-on expertise in Certinia (formerly FinancialForce) to 
join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce development, system integrations, and configuration, 
with a focus on financial and professional services automation. This role will collaborate with business stakeholders, admins, and 
other developers to design, build, and optimize solutions that support our enterprise systems.

Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and implement customized Salesforce Service Cloud solutions, with a focus on Certinia modules (PSA, 
Billing Central, Revenue Management).
• Build and maintain Apex classes, Flows, Lightning components (LWC), Visualforce pages, and integrations with external 
systems.
• Configure and customize applications to meet business requirements.
• Manage Salesforce user profiles, roles, permissions, and record types. 
• Partner with business teams to gather requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and ensure alignment with 
best practices.
• Import, export, and maintain data integrity, ensuring the platform’s data stays clean and accurate.
• Maintain multiple Salesforce environments including development, staging (sandbox), and production to ensure smooth 
deployment and testing cycles.
• Monitor and optimize system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement fixes.
• Stay current on Salesforce releases and Certinia updates, recommending enhancements where applicable.
• Provide documentation and knowledge transfer to admins, users, and stakeholders.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
• 3 years of Salesforce development experience (Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, APIs, Flows).
• 1 years of hands-on Certinia (FinancialForce) experience — PSA, Billing Central, and Revenue Management modules 
preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools).
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security, and declarative configuration.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control, and DevOps best practices.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required (Developer II and/or Certinia certifications a plus).
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. 
• Occasional walking between facilities. 
• Occasional lifting, pushing, pulling up to 15 lbs
