Greg Vollmer

With 18 years of leadership experience in banking, corporate finance, and capital markets, Greg’s background assisting both corporate borrowers and private equity firms in analyzing financial risk and developing corporate growth strategies, has positioned him well to apply those skill sets in his role as President. He leads the day to day operations of the Company, as well as working alongside our ownership group to determine and execute on the multi-year strategic growth plans.

Jason McCaw

Jason McCaw is CEO of Encore Talent and at the help of expert IT consultants that fuel growth for businesses across the region. He leads the strategic direction and operations of Encore Talent, and Intellex, all family-owned providers of staffing and consulting solutions that employ more than 5,000 people annually.

John Burns

John Burns is Founder and CEO of Encore Technologies. Encore is a privately owned, full-service Data Center and IT solutions company focused on the Enterprise, Healthcare and Commercial markets. John has over 30 years of experience in developing entrepreneurial ventures in the information technology industry.

Corey Graves

Corey Graves serves as the Vice President of Sales and Strategic Initiatives, leveraging 14 years of comprehensive experience in the global technology and staffing consulting sectors. With a proven track record in driving sales growth and enhancing revenue and profitability, Corey is dedicated to cultivating a customer-first sales culture. His strategic vision and leadership not only focus on immediate results but also aim to establish a solid framework for sustainable growth and long-term profitability, positioning the organization for enduring success.

Kristy Pierce

As VP of Finance, Kristy is responsible for all finance and accounting functions, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and overseeing all accounting, risk, and compliance operations. Kristy has a passion for technology integrations, creating operational efficiencies to optimize full cycle, and mergers and acquisitions.

Zachary Zuke

As the Director of Strategic Initiatives Zach’s focus is IT implementation and optimization and organizational growth through acquisition. With nearly ten years of expertise in technical staffing and IT consultation, Zach is a forward-thinking, data-driven professional proficient in process and technology implementation, technical operations, and project management.

Michael Scott

As the Director of Recruiting, Mike leads the recruiting team in connecting top IT, Finance, and Accounting talent with outstanding opportunities. He believes in building long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with candidates and clients, ensuring that every placement meets technical requirements and aligns with each organization’s unique cultural needs. With a career spanning over 20 years, Mike strongly focuses on delivering customized staff augmentation and project-based solutions that drive success for all parties involved.

Megan Bowman
